Operations/Administrative Specialist
Responsibilities include:
Performing administrative tasks, including data entry, scanning, electronic filing, mailings, etc.
Proofreading forms and documents
Greeting and interacting with clients in the office and by telephone
Assisting with firm compliance procedures
Interacting and coordinating with other team members in a supportive role
Assisting with quarterly client reporting
Preparing conference rooms before and after client meetings
Qualifications:
Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality
Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail
Back-office operations or office support experience
Ability to identify various planning documents, including account statements, tax returns, estate documents, life insurance policies, and annuity contracts
Use various operations software, including DocuSign, Outlook, Office 365 (Excel, Word, etc.) and firm-specific programs. Familiarity with rebalancing software would also be a plus.
This is a full-time, in-office position. Salary is commensurate with experience.
